What if I do not come to office for an entire month will they deduct salary for 12 days or how is it?
No no they wont deduct salary and all..you will get a non compliance warning mail from your bu hr with attached your supervisor.. and they might add u on call with group of ppls who have a same case and warn you if u dont follow this rules management will take the action against u..and before all this u r manager will give u final warning
No, it's not like that you won't receive a call directly. Firstly they will ask us to apply for 12 days leaves or else you won't receive salary for 12 days.
Thats only if we are on bench.. if we are on projects this wont apply
I haven’t received 12 days mandatory wfo. It’s been a month I joined Capgemini. Is it applicable for new joiner as well?
You will soon be connected to your rmg and they will inform you about it.
It’s applicable for all cg employees.. either if u r on any project and have a cilent location you should go there or else cg office..but some cilents dont allow employees to work from cg office due to data privacy policies so in that case if they dont have a location you should wfh only and inform your manager and n+1 always
You will receive mail like Unauthorised absence & to apply for 12 days Leaves or else salary will be deducted
