My manager intentionally gave me "Needs Improvement" feedback. I don't know why but I want to confirm from you guys that does it mean that I will be tag into PIP?

Yes if you got Rating of Needs Improvement then you will be In BOTP / PIP.
So you have 2 months of time they will assign some task you have to complete after that they will take an assessment you have to clear then you will be back to PIP / BOTP
So better in 2 months get another offer then go, it is best
