Trending @Capgemini; Out of 8 months I went only 1 day for 2 months to office, other 6 month i completed my office day. Will anything happen

If you are billable then chill bro, I have not completed my 12 days/office in 6/8 months till now this year. There is no issue to anyone till your work is not got impacted.

Only think I got from my manager is HR will create an issue while year review, but who cares? They still give 1,2% hike. Maybe I will get none.

Did you get any mails? If not, I think that's not an issue

I think you might be asked to apply leaves for the days you didn't go to the office..it happened to one of my friends
