Each year we have 2 optionally leaves
We need to select them(when we want to take them) in advance .

The 1st optional leave need to be selected before 31st Jan of each year and 2nd leave before July 31

If we don't select replicon automatically assigns any date .

• You cannot select the optional dates after the selection time period is over . So if you have any optional leave mostly it will be automatically taken on 25th dec .

Now if your replicon shows you have 2 optional leaves, you cannot do anything.
They will lapse . And next year you will get 2 days .
