Trending @Capgemini; On the bench for 2 months.

I am from CG too and have been on the bench for 2 months. I was on a project for 3 months but they changed the requirements of the tech stack and I got released. Since then I have had no opportunities at all. What happens after 3 months, will they ask me to resign if I am still on the bench. What if i say I won't resign. What's going to be the consequences. Will you please let me know. I am still on probation and haven't yet completed 6 months in CG.
