There is nothing to lose if you try, you can directly withdraw from ECMS tool, if your manager and HR ok they will approve otherwise not

Not possible to withdraw resignation. Even though if you got any project, the BU, HR personnel have to accept, then there may be a chance of withdrawal.

Try finding some role. Unless you are on project or you possess some niche skill, it is difficult for any organization to approve your withdrawal request.

In every organisation resignation withdrawal is possible. I just want to know for bench ppl why withdrawal is not possible??
