It’s frustrating to see employees constantly posting about promotion and hike emails, yet no official communication from the company. The uncertainty is creating stress among employees. Many are anxious about their career growth, and the lack of transparency is only making it worse. The company should acknowledge these concerns and provide clarity on the timeline for promotions and salary hikes.
They generally send the compensation at the end of march. So please wait till 31st.

Increment letter will be shared to everyone by EOM. As far as promotions are concerned one should talk to their manager
Ok. Thank you for the reply. But my manager and N+1 both are on AL. So can't check with them. I need to wait for official email. 🙂
