Hi Everyone,

I have recently joined capgemini. And I have got my manager details but he mentioned that I will be getting aligned to a project in upcoming days.

So meanwhile could you please let me know if I need to complete 12 days a month rto and are they tracking hours as well?? Can we check in - check out only?

Can anyone guide me with the whole process of the office visit.

If we are on leave for 2 or 3 days in a month Then how do we calculate how many days we need to complete in a month then??

60% of (No of working days of the month - no of leaves of the month) Ex: 60%(22-2)= 20 total working days 60% of 20 = 12 days WFO

Since you're a CG employee now you have to complete your 12 days a month in office. Coming to the hours now, your hours are indeed tracked in the attendance tool but as of now (as far as I know) they haven't mentioned how many hours we're supposed to be in office. Many says that we have to do a min of 6 hours but no official communication regarding it (company expects full 9 hrs though). Also, don't just swipe in and swipe out. People have received non-compliance mails for doing that
