I would suggest get one more offer if you can and get 35 and join that increase your package

That I tried before for higher CTS, they expect lot many things to do even which are not relevant for my skillset. Better to not jump directly on higher CTS. I feel step by step, would more consistent progress

Does tcs agree with 3months notice period? Or have you negotiated with cg? If yes can u share how you negotiated with cg? It will be really helpful for alot of ppls who stuck here with 3mnths notice period like me

TCS is ok with 3 months of notice period in my case.
If you want to negotiate at CG side you can do that by discussing with you manager if you are on bench you will get early release

Its really hard now a days at cg to negotiate this notice period even if u r on bench they don’t give early release and they revoked buyout option from policy also..i have seen many folks who stuck here becuz of this 3mnths np..even if they are on bench..anyway thanks for the info…itseems need to try with the companies which have a same 3mnth np policy

Leave CG and join TCS for work life balance

I may not eligible for answer...but I seen my seniors living work life balance in tcs with 25 lpa

My manager, who was on a notice period, told us that he had received an offer from another company and that Capgemini was trying to match it. Later, he informed us that Capgemini had matched the offer, but he decided not to stay due to personal goals
So I think if you have a good relation with your manager you can try this
