Trending @Capgemini; Offer Letter Query
I have accepted my offer later around 2-3 weeks ago, and my joining date to Capgemini Pune is at the end of June. However, post accepting the offer letter I have not recieved any communication/ welcome mail as mentioned in the on-boarding mailer. I have mailed my hiring HR and the on-boarding team, no response. Query: Is it safe to just show up to the office on my joining date with all my documents? Poor communication
One algorithm that worked for me. Call the HR 1st Tuesday of the month in second half, around 1-3 they will definitely pick up the call. It worked for me in 95% I was too facing no response from HR. But this worked. If you call on Monday morning, they have to process their weekends task, hiring friday's work etc. During last two weeks, they are busy with month ends So best is to try this.
Don’t join Capgemini please it’s crap politics….
You will get call in last week of your joing
Old habit and then they do mistakes in haste and delay the joining Keep on calling them and reaching out to them
