Trending @Capgemini; Offer consideration for A4 level

I'm a SAP Data Migration Consultant. I have an offer from Accenture for 8 Lpa where 6 is fixed and 2 is variable. And currently my salary in CG is 4 Lpa. I have already resigned and am serving the notice period. Considering the offer Accenture has given should i join Accenture or take back resignation and stay in CG.

Also, even though on notice period I'm not getting any calls from other companies so that i have any other choice. So these are the only options I have.

Also in CG I haven't received any hikes or promotions in my 1st year end review due to a goof up from my N+1 which HR never agreed to correct. And haven't been able to learn/upskill in a project properly as the RMG team is continuously changing my tagging.

Considering all these factors please guide.

Year of Experience - 2.1 Yrs

Thanks in Advance!

Don’t think about taking back the resignation unless they offer you same package here
I am guessing you have recently put the resignation so don’t be afraid or anxious companies will call email you when your notices comes down to less than 30 days
I will suggest you to focus and study while you are on Notice and gain some SME levels expertise so that when you do get opportunity you make sure to crack it and crack it well so you can confidently ask for even 10+
