Any idea if you don't want to give OCEAN assessment, what will happen. What exactly it is, and why this is important. And why project people does not give us orientation on the CG mandatory things?
What is the use of that ?? Anyone knows what we will get if we clear all levels ?
Honestly, I don't have any idea and asking the same thing :) I believe it is related to your performance review. But what's the point if even after working hard and doing everything on time, you are still getting average rating 😀
I have cleared both 2 level with percentage greater than 90% without knowing what is the use of that it’s just my manger saying it’s mandatory mandatory so cleared 2 level still I don’t know what I will get or use of that ocean Becoz in hike ghanta I got only 2 rating and got promoted to senior analysts. Do you know after how much time we will get promoted to Associate consultant ?? I joined as fresher and now I have 2.5 years of experience in SAP.
It is mandatory to attempt that exam anyways it will be basics only where you have stopped score around 60% to get pass, don't worry it's not that tough
What happens if you don't score 60%
They will note everything like trainings etc, it is linked to your performance review.
