Trending @Capgemini; NP on probation and Release concern.

Last month, i joined Capgemini nd I was hired for a Data Science profile. Until now, I have only had one chance to attend a client interview for a project, which unfortunately I couldn’t clear.

They told me that currently diff tech projects are available, and without even asking, they put me into web development training. I informed my manager multiple times that I do not want to change my tech stack, but he is not listening to me.

What should I do? If I resign, will I need to serve a 3-month notice period during probation, or can they release me earlier? As I was holding multiple offers and one organization is still ready to take me back but for within 2 months of NP.

Most likely, they will not release you before 90 days. I have seen a case where a candidate joined an organization and tagged into a proj within 25-30 days of joining and then he resigned just 10 days after being tagged to a project. Even though the team found his replacement within 2 days of his resignation, he was still asked to serve the full 90-day notice period.

So if I put down papers before the probation period, I have to serve 90 days notice period no matter what?
