Only if you are on the bench or on probation I guess. My manager had checked it with the HR team and they were adamant to not give early release if you are billed.

The only thing I could get was an early physical exit with leaves but the LWD was 90 days from the date of resignation.

Notice period negotiable is not possible in CG.. Evan if you are on Bench and also in PIP/BOTP. and then if you put paper that time then you must serve 90 days notice period... There negotiable is only possible in medical conditions and reason..
