Does Capgemini provide early release for individuals who are planning to leave due to college starting abroad or it enforces the NP of 90 days despite whatever the reason is ?

Have a discussion with your HR, she will raise a request for buyout and your reporting manager and BU head should accept it.

You can take sabbatical , after discussing with your manager, if 2yrs completed with capgemini
