Use your connections, try to communicate with HRs on LinkedIn, not only with HRs but also connect with people who are already working in the same domain as you and share your resume with asking for a vacant position. I've tried it myself got reverts also and also made it to the interviews too. With the help of linkedin connections.

Also I didn't get selected because I don't have an engineering degree. This was the reason the HR gave me as they require candidates with engineering degrees so HR policies haven't allowed me further. But my interview went well. The feedback was positive too.

So yeah, you can give it a try. I can provide you with the sample message that I sent to the HRs on LinkedIn.
