@WaryJicama4 if you are on the bench they will release within 1 month. If you are in a project then period is 90 days as per company policy. If project release then it's very good.

Nope even bench employees should serve 3mnths notice period..HR department is not agreeing with the negotiations from last couple of months..so many bench employees also struggling becuz of this even though they have a offer in hand..even if u have manager support hr team is not agreeing

23moIf you ask for early release then you will face hurdles instead resign and they will release you in a month

You can’t reduce the notice period. Only HR can do. Check with your manager on the same.
