Hi is anyone experienced favouritism in promotion my juniors getting although they are taking help from me for their work everyone from team is shocked as i did get promoted can we report such behaviours.

Favourism works more than performance in cg. Just leave the project or BU or switch.

Yes, it's very common here and they don't even allow many people to appear for funded trainings due to this.
