if anyone not following any of the below compliance will not receive letter

  1. 3 rating in past 3 years
  2. Not completed mandatory training
  3. Not completing 12 work from the office.
  4. Joined in 2023

Confirmed with my manager as well Hr changes these .

I know a person who was not reporting to office 12 days/months (or hardly reported to office in 23) and have not completed multiple mandatory trainings and yet got the appraisal letter on Saturday.

Its about in feb and march only , if you are aligned to client then no issues , if you are on bench then its issue
