I (Senior Consultant) took a few leaves in March, went to office for 6 days but it wasn't definitely 60% of my working days (holidays & leaves considered). Somehow I didn't get any mail.

BUT BUT my friend (Consultant) did 11 days in May and still got a mail.

So I really don't know how it works!

Maybe you. In project and your friend is on bench, or it also depends on project. If project is monitoring tthe wfo days then also its possible
