I have been to office only 8 days in jan. I got Non compliance Mail. What could be consequences for it? Can I raise bto exemption for previous month?
I completed 10 in January (there was 2 days holiday i.e 1st jan and 26th jan) so only did 10 days, still got mail. In feb completed 12 days then.
This must be automated mail, if you go atleast 9 days every month you don't get any emails. If you go less than 9 you get email after the month ends.
Bto exception can't be raised for past days
It can only be raised for future days, that too 7 days earlier than you want date.
Also nothing to worry about the email, if you get 3-4 months continuously then you are screwed, otherwise all good until reviews :)
For reviews they might see this 8 days and reduce ratings( only if it was expected for you to get an excellent rating but they don't want to pay you more, so they consider all this in few cases)
