I am consultant at Capgemini. My manager rated me without knowing my skillsets. My manager literally mentioned I need to improve leadership. My best quality is leadership..I can easily carry on higher Capgemini positions of such as portfolio manager and VP LEVEL. Capgemini still needs to improve its Get Success thing. What is the use of this..I didn’t even get proper communication with my immediate manager. Nor does any senior leader. Every one is interested in their hike… No body looks down the hierarchy for bright talents. Seriously I get no hike last time just because I joined around a month later in April itself… No hike no promotion and it’s been around 2years…. And this year too got 3rating. By the way how much hike is for 3 rating. (Consultant) in 2024.


First you'll receive hike but don't kept higher expectations. I Also don't understand the algo behind hike in Capgemini. some people has three ratings but they have more package then one rating people. That's just disgusting. I seriously don't understand what's really happened in the organisation

It's completely dependent on BU. Here we have the worst BU in the world. They compare with less CTC employees in the team and increase their pay and reduce less hike for good rating employees.

And also because they wanted to Rank in Millions turnover list that's why adjustment is going on for High skilled Employees
