bro, capgemini is known for slow promotions and low hikes. if u want growth, better switch companies. Accenture is way better for career growth and hikes. don't waste time there. 💪

I have completed 4yrs, still no promotion. Hikes were like 2 to 4% ... Planning to switch....

Its story of 30 to 40 % resources of some BU which are most profitable 😂

management is saying there is hardly any fund for hike in some accounts
But still they are recruiting resources on a very high package from outside
