Trending @Capgemini; No Promotion for first 30 months??

Hi everyone,

I am working in Capgemini since last 2.5+ years. I received promotion mail in the second quarter. But I did not get the revised compensation statement. After checking with my manager and HR team, I got to know that candidates are not eligible for promotion and hike for the first 30 months(Fresher cycle). I am from SAP BU. I have no idea if it's only in our BU or others too. Any solution to this??
