Trending @Capgemini; No project even after 1 month of joining.
I have recently joined Capgemini for one account , its been one month but still i’m not getting any project( i have give few interviews, they keep rejected with no reason ). Now do they release me from this account or how it works? I wanted to apply for opening in other account but as I’m allocated to one account so unable to apply for other account.
You talking about 1 month. Well what's your band and which account? We have ppl here on bench enjoying their salaries even for 1 year, 2 year ..
I believe you are talking about fresher. is this same case for 8 year experience (java). ? What is max waiting period? thanks there anyone with 8 years of experience and on bench !
Same is happening with me.. I have 7 years of experience and 1 Month back I joined but didn't get any project yet
Everything takes time, generally after training we will get a project within 3-5 months so just keep practicing and fresh up your skills in domain which you got trained
I have been given training for automation testing and sogeti Bu is assigned as well. Can I get interviews for development and switch domain? If yes then how should I proceed?
It happens, we thought oh it's more then a month or so , then it'll extend upto 1. , 2 or 3year in Capgemini, cause there resource management is worst.
What is the notice period in probation period? If no project is allocated. And what if they allocate but in probation period!
