Trending @Capgemini; No Hike letter for mar-2025

Hi , I joined CG on APR -2024. However, I did not receive a Hike letter for this year even though I received a rating 2 (Exceeding). I have sent an email to my people manager and Project manager regarding the same. But I didn't get proper details and they are asking me to check with the capability manager.

Can anyone help me to understand, What is the eligibility criteria for the Hike and whom do we contact for better understanding on this
