What could be the possible reasons that i did not get an appraisal letter?

@Notacap @VitalSoda2 @HurtfulSnap4 @SimpleAnger6 @TheseShoes5 @RoboticArm those who didn't receive appraisal letters please check with your BU HR & People manager. The main reason for not getting an appraisal letter is Work from office (WFO). Those who didn't attend office as per company policy didn't receive hike letters.
