I don't think so The FAQ document attached still says 60% of working days

Is 6 hours per day mandatory? What if out of 12 days 1 day I have 4 hours and other 11 day I have >6 hours. Still I will be non-compliant?

It's not a violation itseems.. you query the same to ASK adam .. it says we can come 12 days consecutive days in one go.

3 days a week or 12 days a month, do either one unless explicitly asked for reporting on respective days.
