Hi.. The Indians currently staying in America on H-1B visa will they have to pay 90 lakhs? If not, how secure are they over there? Will they have to come back to India?

As of now
It is for new ones not for the older ones
The best thing is Trumph will be laid off in next three years so the next three years will be crucial and after that it will be good .
As per us amendment this is the last term.
So hoping for the best

None are coming back. It’s not for someone who already has H1B visa or renewing them. It’s only and only for new applicants.
