Hi all, I am on bench and I got need for improvement because managers were not happy with my work. Now that I am not in any project, my manager told she will talk to RMG and HR regarding to give me tasks so that my Need for improvement can be closed on positive note. What should I do and has it happened to anyone of you?

It happend to me today . They will set up a call . And sure the plan BOTP . Everyday office hours should be mainted by 9 hours . After 60 days they will push outside
