Trending @Capgemini; Needs salary correction
urrent ctc is less than 9 and when I check standard. I fall below 15L. How to ensure that my salary corrections are done ethical way. What is your opinion when working for 9 yrs in CG
That's too low for ur experience man! I feel u! Even I have like 5.3 lpa for 4.5 years of experience... U should atleast get 20lpa+
Only way seems to switch, if u have enough savings, u can take a bold step and put notice , and look for other opportunities, surely u should get offers. Even I've to take decision now within next 2 months, just waiting for some hike, then I'll try to resign
I feel burned out from 6 months with heaps of responsibility, mentally drained. Thanks you for uplifting thoughts
