I am not able to perform as per client expectations, got one escalation also. I am trying but can’t cope up with work due to personality reason. Client might escalate one more time. I want break from my career. But if my client removes from their project will I be moved to bench and then can I resign ? And do I need to serve np also. Coz I don’t want to join any project. How do I go about my issue
