I'm an above average looking girl and our family is kind of settled like but I'm unable to find any prospective groom like some or the other thing doesn't match and the so called rishta doesn't move forward I'm 26 yrs 6 months, and kind of have this FOMO , honestly if I had a choice i might stay single forever but for my parents I need to get married,and I actually wasn't in a relationship till date like not even a situationship, the only drawback is I earn just 6lpa maybe is that the reason why ppl keep rejecting me because I'm kind of decent looking I guess like I catch most of the people staring at me and my family members say that I'm very good looking (I'm not sure how true that is though),any suggestions would be welcomed on how to cope this FOMO
First of all remove this fear from your mind that you are missing something if you are not marrying at 26 or 27, the best you can do is try to find a groom but if you keep having all these doubts then you'll end up having a compromise which is not good, desperation leads to wrong selection, you won't be able to see the red flags in the potential candidate, so be confident about everything even about your salary, it will take only 2 3 months preparation and one jump you'll salary will get doublet or even 2.5x , so it's just a matter of one jump. I met with my partner when we were both 28 and decided to get married at 30 so anything can happen, Sometimes a partner happens when you are least expecting it so be open for relationship and be confident in going for arranged marriage. Because this decision will decide your next 27 years, separation will always be an option if wrong selection happens but we have a say that precaution is always better than cure. Stay happy 😊

I didn’t get married in my 20s and i have no regrets, but now that i turned 30 and came to realize that all good girls are already taken, bride market is filled with girls with failed relationships and the ones worth marrying will not go fir me because i am not wt their level.
