My reporting manager suggested for promotion and gave good feedback to my n+1.
I am B2.
My n+1 is saying he also gave good rating but got reduced from director and program manager to 3 that i have not worked on any asset but i supported in interviews and in trainings.
Now for promotion also they didn't gave me promotion my n+1 said he recommend my name but director and program manager sitting above didn't consider it because director wanted to change my project and my reporting manager dont want me to go!!!
Suggest mw what should i do i am stucked in between from 2 years no hike🥺
The best possible solution is to leave this shithole org. and move ahead. Util then just do bare minimum work even less if possible.
😂😂 they will pass it on ... It's a big loop and you know what , everyone knows that.
Waste I have wasted my 4years and realised the shit politics and moved out of the org as it effected my mental health ... Even after performing well they said one or the other reason to promote and given less rating ... And my co workers got better rating than me even they've not followed bto and one of them will get only 1 or 2 as rating every year and also promotion as his manager is favourable to him.
That's cg for you, more yu stay, more yu regret.
Leave the company and live your way. These are all shitty reasons to avoid hike and promotion.
Leave the company CG will not support for your financial growth….There they follow get the politics you want
