Trending @Capgemini; Need suggestions on upskilling: Bootstrap or Tailwind

Hey I have been a freshman in the java core domain at Capgemini, done with training with the backend, and now I'm upskilling myself with frontend while in bench, just wanted to make sure what I learn is used at Capgemini. So is it bootstrap or tailwind widely used in Capgemini? Or is the traditional css approach more used ? What should I give priority to learn in these two ?
