Hi All, need help i am having around 4 yr exp having very low package total 5 lpa, working in ccm domain not getting opportunities, facing so many issues, mentally sick now because of job switch, i am only earning person in my family , nd now they are asking to come office 12 days, very much frustrated from cg now, they didn’t give any hikes and promotions almost i have given my 4 yrs to cg.
