For the past three years, I’ve been leading and fully owning a project from start to finish, managing all responsibilities on my own. Now it’s been handed over to another team whose previous project recently ended. This change has made me wonder if I should be concerned about potential layoffs, especially given the recent job cuts at Cisco. They ask me to join other team whos team member doest have work since long but expecting work. Dont know what to do.
