Trending @Capgemini; Need suggestion regarding promotion

I have been working in CG from last 4years in B1 position did not get promotion as I am changed 2 projects from last 4 years, this year I got exceptional rating, can I get expect promotion and what percentage of hike can I expect?

Did your manager sent your name for promotion? Thats the only constraint i know there is. And yes you are definitely eligible for promotion. I became B1 in 2024 Oct and now I am expecting promotion. Not sure whats going to happen but yeah let's see. I dont think so there is any issue changing multiple projects as its your individual performance which depends on your promotion.
