Frustrated when u get a project, in which you have not trained .. what to do as a fresher
Even I had to work on a technology/tool in which I'm not trained. Even the project KT/training provided to us were not that good or beginner friendly. So I was actually handling project stuff I had no clear idea like what exactly needs to be done but my teammates were very helpful. I used to call my seniors when I needed any help or not understanding anything. They used to gladly clear my doubts. So slow and steadily I learnt the product work and now I'm one of the core member of the team.
So if you're put into a project where in you'd not been trained on, my suggestion would be to take it slow, get your basics cleared first, connect with your seniors if needed. Once you get the hang of it you'll realise that the work which you were finding difficult or confusing at the beginning is actually a cake walk.
So don't lose hope and all the best👍👍
But they put me in a testing role, a manual tester..
