Min 18 months if your are fresher
If experience you should be considered for appraisal cycle of coming year end cycle

Ratings would be in December end or Jan and appraisal would be in March effective from April 1st

While u are in CG, don't expect more about appraisal, it will hurts you.

If you have joined in October 2023 then you are not eligible for current appraisal. Your first appraisal will be done in March 2025
