Trending @Capgemini; Need release from project
I need some information about the project change or Process and any information related to the same. I was directly selected by the client account in CG. ( Joined in June 2025) After joining i started working on the project. From past 4 months, I have been feeling very low, having self doubts, less guidance from the seniors and no progress on my work.
Everyday I think of resignation, but due to my good past experience I got this opportunity. My record was very good in my previous company and I have 5+ years of experience. But here in the current project, I feel like nothing. No good work and less guidance. Feeling guilty for myself.
Please let me know what I should do. I need some genuine suggestions / guidance.
Same issue I am facing, there is no KT, directly assigning work, a lot more.
I have tried getting out of a project by reaching out to my manager then my solution architect then my delivery manager, then the account head of the same project then to the practice head and then to platform head in everyway possible (chat, mail, calls). Sadly until and unless you have spent 18 months project has complete control over not releasing you and after 18 months also nothing seems to work. The whole process is there just for showcase. When you actually try you wont get anywhere other than “We understand your frustration, i have taken this under consideration and will definitely look into it” and then permanent ghosting lol
