Joined in June 2024 as a fresher , after training didn't get the chance to work in a project yet.
- After how many days, fresher gets the project?
- Is there an auto promotion rule in CG , for the first time everyone will be promoted whether someone is in a project or not?

Auto promotion? Never heard of it. At least there's no fixed time frame after which you get promoted.

There's auto promotion & fixed time frame for promotion if your grade is less than consultant.
I suggest please read about company's policy it doesn't look good when senior people like you are this unaware.

I completed training in September and got a project in January, some of my friends got project in October itself and some of them are in bench till now . Sometimes you will get call from RMG or u need to get a project via some leads or manager, and also depends on the skills you trained and projects in that BU's.
