I am currently being trained in Gurgaon office on Full stack with Java and React. Financial Services FS as the call it. I am not taged to any projects Yet And what kind of projects will work on and how likely that I will get location Pune. In gurgaon office as of my knowledge there is no active FS project.
Expect delays in project allocation. FS projects are limited in Gurgaon. Pune transfer is uncertain. Network internally and upskill to improve chances. Be patient and proactive.
Generally, you get the location based on the project allocation. So you may get project in Gurgaon. First you finish your training with L&D team, post which you get tagged with the BU. Within BU, there are some self paced learning and assessment which you need to clear post as well as clear the project interview. Then only you get tagged to the project.
If you try asking the bench SPOC or manager for location transfer they will deny it directly
Alright. I am up skill I hope I get to work from pune I love people here but its too far from my home so its like little weird not seeing parents and not being with them. This is not the life I wanted.
