  1. I’ll be resigning in november end.
  2. Im on bench with no responsibilities.
  3. During my notice period. I want to get back to my hometown which is 2100 km away from my base location.
  4. Im ready even for non pay leaves for those 12 days every month.

Is it okay. I just dont want to be there just to punch my card. And can anyone tell me how will the deducting amount will be calculated.

  1. Completed 1 year here.
  2. Not learning much. They dont have any projects that alings my skills.
  3. Getting interview and good opportunities outside.
  4. 90 days NP is like a curse.
  5. Having some health issue.

@Maverick Good decision. You should switch but my advise look for more opportunities while you are in Np. Try to choose a company with Better learning path... If you get a product based company go for that

Not reporting to the office can be considered as leaves and may get deducted from salary, but enquire in your account the scenarios. Plan well if you are looking for another job. Don't forget finance will be required if you don't get a job after the notice period
