Trending @Capgemini; Need help in switching domain
Hi all I am working as a technical support associate from 2022. I want to change my domain to cybersecurity, soc analyst.
I have already applied through IJP multiple times but I am not getting any updates. Also my manager is not ready to let me go from the project giving me reasons like headcount is less and this time wont be able to release you.
Any suggestions on how to continue would be sincerely appreciated.
I also try to change my domain. But, when we are in project(billable) nobody consider us for those roles. They mostly take people from bench to make more money.. no one cares about our future, except ourselves. If you need to change domain, you need to get released from current project, go to bench, apply for another project... You need to talk to your managers(both n+1 and supervisor) about release. Clearly tell that you need to change to another domain for you career growth.....
