Trending @Capgemini; Need Help Getting Into a Project at Capgemini

Hey everyone,

I’ve been on the bench since November (6 months) and have only had one interview so far. As a fresher, getting project opportunities has been really tough.

I’m good at React development and trained in Java Full Stack, but at this point, I’m open to any technical role just to get started. If anyone in a managerial role or handling a project can help me get into one, I’d really appreciate it.

Would love any leads or guidance.
