I have 3.5 YOE, CCTC - 6 LPA , offer in hand 10.5 LPA, I m getting multiple interviews, how much ctc should i ask for an Azure Data Engineer

For azure data engineer with 3.5 YOE you can max ask for 12LPA depending on the company. But 10.5LPA is good enough

Lol,12 is very less. you already have 10.5 so ask for 15, you might even get it easily.

Build on 10.5, say around 12-13. If you have more calls after that, ask for 15 because you already have 12-13. Continue until you're satisfied with the company or the compensation!
