Trending @Capgemini; Need Help! BTO during Notice Period.

I have joined capgemini as a fresher. I've been on bench ever since. I have completed over a year here. I want to resign. I know they won't leave you without serving 90 days np. But during notice period can i take bto. And what would happen if I just be online from my home as I dont have any responsibilities.

Nothing will happen. Just WFH in your notice days. You won’t even receive the compliance mail as well in notice period.

Are you sure bro. Because I'll do it. I'll leave my PG and Go home. So that I can save a little in this peanut salary, Prepare and switch.

So they don't take BTO seriously that much during the notice period. Is this what you are saying?

Nope given interview, getting calls. I can fool some people saying 30 days np. Not not much most of them knows 90 days np

I would suggest to resign after getting an offer.

You are right. But I have to take this risk got interview from Qualcomm, Call back from Delloite and some startups but the thing is stuck at 90 days np. Thats why I want to take chance.
