Trending @Capgemini; Need guidance to reduce the notice period of 90 days to 60 days

I am a non-it person and was doing online and offline courses regarding the software testing with the dream of getting into the IT industry.

And by the grace of the almighty, I have cleared an interview in manual testing and they are ready to offer me however, they need immediate joiners.

I have negotiated with them and they agreed for a maximum of 60 days notice period.

Now I need your advice on how I reduce 30 days of notice here in CG.

Please assist!!!

Try contacting your BU HR. Tell them you are suffering from some deadly disease. Provide some relevant documents if needed.

Request your HR to buy out the notice period, my colleague did the same.
Note: HR needs to accept your request, and you need to pay one month salary for one month notice period buyout

Put the resignation and try to negotiate. If they agree u win. Meanwhile keep trying other interviews as well. After 60 days if current offer is revoked no problem because some other offer u will be having for same NP and probably a month passed actually 2, so if this offer gets revoked no problem you will be having other or you will be immediate joiner with 1 month NP
