Trending @Capgemini; Need guidance on-

Hi , I am currently working in some project , i joined like 8 months ago as a fresher in the company and they put me in a project which is totally out of my domain I have done Btech in computer science with ML & AI and im working on something completely unrelated . I hoped there was a way i could get guidance to get out of this project and move to a diff one internally but i guess that is just after 18 mths ?

Doing btech in niche technologies and doing a 24x7 support role is very hard... But you have to apply in ijp portal based on your skillset, just upgrade and check if there are any certifications do that then either chnge project or switch to a better one... Good luck.

but i guess for changing the project i’ll have to wait for 18 months in the same project right
bec the manager here would never agree to release me any earlier than that even if requested..

That is what, i have worked in a worse project for 2.5years, where I used to work more than others evn though I was in b1 and others in b2 ,c1... I haven't got enough recognition, no promotion for 4years, no hike in 2023 , not just this , my client manager is kinda micromanage, which finally lead me to leave Capgemini without an offer in-hand...

Your rmg can probably help you move out if you explain the problem

You can drop an email to manager. Due to xyz issue, kindly release me. Once you are on bench, you can search for other projects with the help of rmg.
